Return & Refund policy
We spent two years building the final grinder you will ever own. We hope you never need this page but in case you do, we want to be there for you and make it right. That’s the policy, below you’ll find the details.

The Limitless Guarantee
Our grinder is designed to be the last one you will ever buy. So our guarantee works the same. If a part of your grinder fails under normal use, which is the grinding of cannabis, we replace that part. Not for 2 years, not for 10. Forever.
If a part fails, contact us. We will look at it together and, upon agreeing, a replacement part will be on it’s way. We will always work on a solution from your point of view. We have been on the other side so we know how it feels but that’s also why we designed our own grinder. We stand behind our product.
This guarantee comes on top of your legal right under EU law. It covers normal use. But still get into contact when it breaks down outside of normal use. We will try to figure something out.
14 days to think it over
Under EU law (the right of withdrawal, or “herroepingsrecht” as we say here) you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. No explanation needed. Just let us know within those 14 days by contacting us, and send it back within 14 days after that.
We refund the full amount including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the product back. No Tikkies, vouchers or store credit.
Used it already? That’s okay
You are allowed to inspect the grinder like you would in a shop. Open it, turn it, feel the ball bearing do its thing. If you ground herbs in it, you can still return it within the 14 days.
A used grinder cannot go to the next customer, for reasons you can probably smell. So if it comes back with grinding history we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund for the lost value, as the law allows. We will always tell you the amount before you send anything back, no surprises.

Pack the grinder well, in the original box if you still have it. The return shipping is on you, we recommend a tracked service because a grinder lost in the mail makes everyone sad.

Broken part? We replace it
If a part of your grinder breaks under normal use we are happy to replace it, free of charge, shipping included. That is our Limitless Guarantee above and it never expires.
On top of that you have your legal warranty under EU and Dutch consumer law. If the product does not do what you may reasonably expect from it, you have the right to a repair, a replacement or your money back. That legal warranty lasts at least 2 years, our own guarantee simply keeps going after the law.
Just contact us with a photo of what broke and your order number. There is no need to send the whole grinder back unless we ask.

Wrong or damaged on arrival?
Arrived damaged, or we sent you something wrong? That one is fully on us. Contact us with photo’s of an unused grinder within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement right away, return shipping paid by us. You should not pay a cent for ours, or the courier mistakes.
A note from us
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. If a discount was applied we refund what you actually paid. The guarantee covers normal use. Grinding weed, yes. Grinding gravel, opening beer bottles or a swim in the canal, no. But like we said, email us anyway.
